This dish is prepared a little differently then most of scrambled eggs w/ shrimp dishes I've had. I guess the eggs are not really scrambled like how I usually like it. But, they made up for it by using these BIG, GIANT, PLUMP, Fresh shrimps. Wow, these are for sure not frozen shrimps or the little shrimps that most places use. These are nice and big and very juicy. You definitely get your money worth with this dish. The eggs are also cooked very well and not over cooked, so its nice and fluffy with the shrimp!

So simple, yet so DELICIOUS! It's like an Asian omelet, fluffy eggs filled with BIG shrimp. I have tried numerous shrimp and egg dishes and nothing even comes close.

Very simple dish -- eggs, big pieces of shrimp over rice. The shrimp that they use is not the usual ones. They are pretty big, and you will know what I am talking about as soon as you take the first bite out of the shrimp! If you want something easy and fast to go, this is the perfect dish for you.
