Fresh Oysters with Nobu Sauces

Description says "Served with Nobu Salsa, Maui Onion Salsa, Tiradito and Ponzu Sauce" This is an awesome oyster! I usually have to add lime and Tabasco, but I didn't add anything to this oyster at all! The flavors are there harmoniously there right from the start! All of the salsas and the ponzu sauce makes a difference. And the oyster itself is just above compared to the others because the texture is not just mushy, but a kind of a solid feel that oyster is missing... wonderful dish!
