Pulled Duroc Pork

Don't let a small place fool you here. They make killer sandwiches and especially in these craze for sandwiches. The bread is made right, with a little of burnt top -- it was hot and crunchy skin which I really love. This Pulled Pork Duroc sandwich had shredded carrots and thinly sliced cucumbers. It comes with Spiced Honey, but I didn't sense any hint of spice. I didn't give it 5 stars because the pork didn't have any flavor, neither did the rest of the sandwich. I guess the only thing that the chef was aiming for was the spicy honey sauce, but I had to add additional hot sauce to counter the blandness (maybe it was an off day?).
