O-Toro Bluefin Tuna

Wow. I have had lots of o-toro (ootoro) both in restaurants and Japanese supermarkets -- let me just say that this is one of the FRESHEST ootoro that I have tasted! This this also comes with a soy wrapped finely minced o-toro that is heavenly! Its refreshing and it just MELTS in your mouth! Also, the sushi chef was very kind and he grilled up a part of the the o-toro that had a bone. It was done very simple with a teriyaki sauce. Oh man, that was sooo good! I never would of thought grilling a piece of o-toro, but I will always keep that in my mind! Excellent dish!
