Pomme Frites with Aioli

Usually you can’t go wrong with fries… when they come out fresh and hot that is. These were lukewarm and soggy by the time they arrived to my table. Yes, they are fresh hand cut fries but they need to be served immediately! I'm not a fan of aioli sauce either, it's like have mayo with your fries (aka belgian frites). The frites were not impressive enough to order as a side and pay $7!
