I really enjoy the pho at Pho Ca Dao. I think the broth is about as good as I've had it and it is usually not too oily like pho can be. Just in case you are not familiar with Pho Tai, it is a beef broth soup with some combination of onions and cilantro and then rice noodles and "rare" slices of beef. The soup is served very hot so the rare beef cooks in the broth. It is also served with a plate of bean sprouts, lime and basil. Pho Tai is the most tame variety of pho because it does not have the more traditional tendon, tripe, etc. found in other pho dishes.
