This special version of pho contains: special tender rare slices of steak, well-done, brisket, flank, tendon, and tripe. The soup did have a weird after-taste, but that could be the significant amount of MSG that was added to the soup. Let me just tell you that this is one of the very first pho restaurant in San Diego!
