Potato Rolled Tacos

They do not skimp on potato! The entire tube is filled full with potato. I love the texture and the unique flavor. It is a nice twist on the usual rolled taco. Crispy and a nice snack, especially good with the House Margarita. I poured on the house salsa because I love that extra kick with the milk potato flavor.
