Braised Short Ribs

The ribs were cooked very well that it just melts in your mouth. It sat on top of celery root mash which was a new tast. The flavors were delicate with a nice braised beef taste. The flavors were overall a little underwhelming but reminds me of comfort food with the soft pork and mash.
