Fig Walnut Goat Cheese

Water crackers and two types of crouton-like breads served with fig-walnut-goat-cheese. The goat cheese is so creamy and aromatic. Goat cheese can have a bitterness to it but mixed with sweet figs and walnuts, it is a perfect balance. Crumbly texture but smooths easily onto cracker. I would definitely recommend this treat to go with your favorite wine.
