Crispy Spicy Tuna

This was the description on the menu: spicy tuna mix with soy chili sauce, served on top of crispy sesame rice balls. A friend introduce me to the Crispy Spicy Tuna and I have to say it was the bomb! Never had anything like it, the sesame rice ball was interesting and the tuna mix was fresh. Great way to start off dinner.
