Spicy Garlic Shrimp With Tofu Noodles

Description on the Menu: Tiger shrimp sauteed with garlic, shitake mushrooms & scallions with tofu noodles. This was a very interesting dish because the tofu noodles are nothing like the many noodles I've ever had. The texture was very chewy and it was very good. The shrimps were full of flavor and they were the highlight of the dish. I didn't really get the spiciness out of the dish besides the hot sauce they decorated the dish with on the side, so it wasn't a spicy dish to me. I also felt that they put too much sauce into the dish so the noodles, shrimp and mushrooms were all drenched with sauce and it was a bit too much for me. Over all, it was a good dish!
