Kobe Roll

The Kobe Roll was so damn delicious! Seared Kobe beef, lobster, crab, and asparagus, perfect combination! It was topped with hoisin honey barbecue sauce, white truffle aioli, and Thai basil. This roll has so much flavor, you do not need any soy sauce! Biting into the beef quickly reminded me of a bowl of pho...haha probably because of the beef and hoisin sauce. Everyone must try the sushi at Roppongi, all the rolls are high quality, fresh, and delicious!
