Lakanilau Roll

"Seared Kobe Beef wrapped around Dynamite Crab, Tempura Asparagus & Avocado" This is the description on the menu, but it is soo much more then that! It was delicious, a perfect 10!!! I've had a lot of sushi rolls, and the thing is they are about the same every sushi restaurant you go. So, it is refreshing to have a sushi roll that is so unique yet delicious! The Kobe Beef on top of the roll was incredible. It was sliced so thin and seared just to perfection, it pretty much melted in my mouth!!! The rice, avocado, and the tempura asparagus was also the perfect combination with the Kobe Beef! This is a must try at Roy's, it was the highlight of my dinner and I can't wait to go back and eat it again!!!
