i've had this 3 times. 1st time was awesome, 2nd time was good too. both at sorrento location. the last time i had it at the downtown one and it wasn't as brown as i like it to give it a bit of a crispier crust although its broiled. but the flavor is still good and buttery. yum yum. best cut of steak if you ask me. BONE IN RIB-EYE medium rare
