Steamed Fish Fillet

The first time we ate this, I couldn't believe my bill. I was expecting any fish dish to cost above $10. The steamed fish fillet was always served simply and the taste is simple; it's steamed fish and if you have a taste for it, you'll like it. Quality varies as season goes, but it's never bad (although it's never the best since it's fish fillet and not the whole fish).
