Catfish Larb

Catfish Larb is basically chopped grilled catfish fillet with rice powder, onion, and lime juice. At first, it really sounds like it contains a lot of fat, but its not the case at all. After taking the first bite, you might be thinking its the bones since its really crunchy, but its the rice powder's texture. This also has many dimensions of the flavors: spicy and sour (from the lime juice)! Also, it doesn't look spicy, but trust me, it was spicy for me (level 6).
