Just reading the description of the sauce makes my mouth water. I love the combination of the sourness from the lime juice, the spiciness of the chili and the saltiness of the fish sauce. This dish can be served as a salad or an appetizer. I have fallen in love with it when I first tried it decades ago. Sab E Lee does it so right here! The beef is charbroiled and the rice powder is the special ingredient with thinly sliced onions. They serve it with a wedge of cabbage. I usually order this a 9 so please excuse my photos with all those red chili flake. You can order it as mild or spicy as you prefer. Get one for the table to share- you'll love it too!
