Naked Shrimp

Naked Shrimp is basically raw shrimp with spicy sour dressing. Don't let that simple description fool your taste buds! We ordered spicy level 6 and it was on the spicy side for me. I usually order 7 or 8 at Spices Thai and I don't even feel the heat at all. In any case, this is just amazing! The sauce is sour, spicy, and very garlicy! It just throws around your palates like never been rocked before! Let me just say that this is a perfect dish to munch on while drinking a perfectly cold glass of Singha! The raw shrimp has the right texture -- not mushy and not chewy at all... simply the best dish to start of any meal!
