The ingredients sounded just like what I wanted: Pan fried rice noodles with mint leaves and fresh chili served on bean sprouts. I'm very partial to Thai noodle dishes that have chili. It doesn't come out as it sounds (no bean sprouts and it has carrots, bell pepper and onion) but there is bean sprouts and also egg that has picked up the wonderful seasoning they use for this! I love how they use the big authentic noodles. I ordered this with chicken and a # 9 level for spiciness. It had kick. The noodles were a enough to be dinner as well. This place uses chunks of chicken. My only question is where is the mint? I swear this is basil but could be wrong. I love basil so it's not a biggy but I expected mint. I have tried this with a #10 and it can get spicy the more you eat. I had to take a break before conquering any more noodles. Fantastic price for such an authentic dish! With Seafood it's only a bit more.
