I have to agree, the toro here is the bomb! Two mouthwatering pieces of toro that totally melts in your mouth. It is pricey, but this is definitely high quality toro.

A little background information here about O-Toro since not a lot people know about it. O-Toro is the most desired part of the tuna belly that is usually listed as a "market price". Because O-Toro is from the belly of the tuna it is the fattest and one of the most delicious and tender. O-Toro is light pink in color, sometimes almost white. O-Toro sushi will leave behind a truly memorable taste and when it hits your pallet, it will melt like butter! With that said, this is one of by far the BEST O-Toro that I have tasted. And its reasonably priced!
