Smok'in Jamaican Roll

This roll is happiness from beginning to end. Beautiful presentation and the colors definitely reflect its name. I also loved the textures and contrast in temperatures. I am not a fan of sushi with cream cheese, but this had a delicate amount that was just right and did not overwhelm the other flavors. The smoked salmon, cream cheese and avocado slices are layered together and work really well together - creamy and savory. Definitely getting this again!
