Amaebi Sushi

Amaebi literally means "Sweet Shrimp". But, it is also raw (but hey, what do you expect from a Japanese restaurant?). This is sweet and it has that initial somewhat of a tough texture... but after that, it just disintegrates so perfectly leaving you wanting for more! This is market price.
