Sa-Tae Chicken

One of the best satay chicken appetizers from a Thai restaurant. The chicken was tender and the flavor was great. The descriptions read, "marinated overnight on fresh coconut cream with curry powder garlic, coriander and cumin". The creamy peanut sauce and side of cucumbers were also great, it went very well with the chicken.
