This was very interesting, I almost always get Tom-Kha soup at every Thai restaurants I go to. I have never had a Tom-Kha soup looking so white. I think the problem is that they used too much coconut milk and not enough spicy and other flavor. I like that they had so many different vegetables in the soup, baby corn, broccoli, carrots, bamboo shoots, beans...etc. I just wish they would lighten up on the coconut milk a bit!
