Boiled Tofu- As You Wish Tofu

One of the best Tofu dishes. I get undecisive when I'm extremely hungry. This place serves up quite an extensive menu for just boiled tofu. There's several combinations that you can get and as soon as I saw the "As You Wish", it was Bingo! You get to pick and choose which ingredients to have in your boiled tofu soup. I love that you can choose your level of spice too and really crank it up . And of course I chose Spicy Spicy. The temperature of the boiling soup and tofu along with the heat of the spices they use makes my nose run but I love it. Great balance of meat & vegetable. I think I put in maybe too many veggies that I think my soup lacked space for tofu. So don't overdo it!
