Toshi Udon

It was a chill night and I was craving for something brothy. Udon was calling my name and I was down for just a simple soup of udon and soup. To my surprise, Toshi Udon was fully loaded! Talk about a stamina soup! It had a perfectly cooked poached egg (super brownie points!), clams, mussels, sliced fish cake, seaweed, a gyoza and a shrimp tempura. Hello!! Can you fit anymore in this bowl? And the broth was so tasty! I know I'll be craving for this dish soon! The dinner comes with a side salad that has an amazing peanut/sesame dressing.
