If I were to make a Ceviche, this would be the end result. This Ceviche is not playing around! It has chunks of avocado and shrimp. These shrimp wasn't made in the traditional way, but I wouldn't "cook" lower quality shrimps in the lime juice overnight either. During happy hour, this awesome Ceviche is just $5! Trust me when I say no foot-long for the same price can satisfy that palate!
