Wow! Talk about fresh. The ahi tuna was still chilled pretty much and there were large chunks of it. All the ingredients seem so organic since it was amazingly fresh! The chunks of avocado, fresh diced tomatoes with mango/ pineapple bits, shredded crab (real crab) ontop of this green stick like thing. It reminded me of horsetail (those green sticks used for decorating). The server told me it is Seabean. Never heard of it let alone eaten it before. It is SO good and balances the soft texture of all the previous ingredients. It has a crunch of like a hollow vegetable that is crispy and has a natural salty flavor to it. Or like a cactus like plant. Kudos to the chef for introducing this unique and incredible vegetable/legume. An absolute must try! Wow! Tip: This appetizer is half off during Happy Hour
