Wow. Very good meat. This type of beef is called "Wagyu" and it is renown worldwide for their unique tenderness and juiciness from the naturally enhanced flavor. With all of this beef goodness, you cook the wagyu beef with a heated stone slab. This is not your ordinary stone slab from the mall, but this stone slab was made in Mount Fuji from Japan! The waitress first brought out a plate containing the Wagyu beef, potatoes, mushrooms, green onions along with the stand for the stone slab. Moments later, the chef comes out with a really really hot stone slab grabbed with a forged iron tongs. After that, its pretty much your turn. You can cook the Wagyu beef according to your palate, but I chose to have it medium rare. AWESOME! The tenderness, texture and juiciness were dancing in harmony with my own palate! This was so tender that it almost tasted like I just took a bite of a blue-fin sashimi (toro)! I will recommend this dish for anyone wants to be a little adventurous and try Wagyu beef! Another good thing is that portion is not so big, so its perfect!
