BLUE CRAB CAKES: ||mango papaya chutney, passion fruit beurre blanc and tomato oil|| Beautiful presentation. The crab cakes were crispy and well-flavored. I enjoyed the chutney a lot along with the greens. The passion fruit beurre blanc really killed this dish for me. It was far too floral tasting and I tried avoiding my crab cakes drowning in it.
