Beef Noodle Soup

yumm..this is the best Beef Noodle Soup dish I've had here in the US. This is one their Chinese menu, so you won't even see it on their English menu. In Chinese, Beef Noodle Soup is called (Niu Rou Mein) I was addicted to it when I was raised in Taiwan. And when I came to the US, I would always order it and be disappointed. Either the flavor is not strong enough, or the beef is not tender, or it's not spicy. Beef Noodle Soup at this restaurant is pretty darn good. The flavor of the soup is very authentic and flavorful, it's spicy but I could have handle it a bit more spicy =) The beef was very tender, and juicy. The only thing is that I didn't like the noodle that it came with it, I like thinner rice noodle. But, I gotta give it to them, this is very good and I would order it again whenever I'm craving Beef noodle Soup!!!
