Crispy Green Onion Pancakes

OH MY GOD!!! HEAVEN!!! I have been searching for a place in San Diego that makes this Taiwanese appetizer. Crispy Green Onion Pancakes in Chinese is called (Chong You Bing) This dish is only on their Chinese menu and you won't even see it on the English menu. I grew up with this and it is sooo good, it for sure brought back my childhood memories!!! I am going to be hooked on this and will be craving it all the time.
