Carmel MT Roll

This was a very delicious roll!!! Inside had shrimp tempura and crab, and on top has baked scallop! I usually eat sushi rolls with raw sashimi, but since I'm pregnant right now...I gave this roll a try, and I'm so glad that I did. It's very flavorful with the baked scallop on top with their special sauce, and even though it's pretty simple with crab and tempura on the inside, since it's fresh...it was very good! Yummy sushi always has quality sushi,, and they just added 'Happy Hour' from 3:00 - 6:00 Monday through Saturday I believe. Also added Free Sake Bomb on Friday and Saturday around 7:00 - 8:00...they get all loud and everyone take the Sake Bomb shot together!!! Good food...great atmosphere...one of my favorite places to go when I want some good sushi!!!
